They have the best customer service around.
I brought my car in for rotors. They gave me an estimate which I had compared & was under the competitions. I dropped the car off in the morning, Brad called me at noon to give me an update & let me know that I needed additional work. What I liked about that was that there was no high pressure selling, & he was honest about it not being necessary right this minute. My car was ready on time & the cost was a little under the estimate.
On top of that I got an e-mail after that giving me a history of what was done to my car & my next scheduled service. For me that's huge since the pieces of paper I got from other shops always were lost. I would recommend them to EVERYONE.  Mary Ellen G.

I have to start with WOW. I hate having my car repaired. I never know if what they tell me is true, they give me these old parts I have no idea what to do with and I leave feeling like I've spent a ton of money and don't know why. This week I had my brakes replaced at Sharon Automotive. What a different experience!! First, I received a call when they assessed the work needed, a call when the parts arrived and a call when the car was ready. That in and of itself was awesome. But then, they explained what was done in a way I totally understood and made sure I was comfortable with the repair. I really believe if I had a problem or question about the repair even a month later I could call and ask and they would explain again. I actually enjoyed getting my car repaired and will definitely get all my repairs, oil changes, etc. done here. Great job to Sharon Automotive!  Jon B.
